Privacy policy
This policy covers the Dwella website. It explains what we collect when you apply for the beta, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you apply for the beta we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, and, if you give them, your email address and town, plus your role and roughly how many units you manage. Like most websites, our hosting may also record basic technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your details to consider your application, contact you about the beta and launch, and set up your account if you join. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Sharing
We use a small number of hosting and communication providers to run the website and contact you. They only receive what they need to provide that service. If information is stored outside Zambia, we use the safeguards applicable law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep beta applications for as long as we need them for the beta and launch, then delete them unless you have become a Dwella customer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or ask us to stop contacting you. You may also complain to Zambia’s Data Protection Commissioner.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
